The Lagon & Jardin restaurant serves healthy food that proves you can eat tasty, organic meals without compromising on flavour and texture. Those who opt for the Salad Bar can make their own salad “just like at home” with superfoods and organic vegetables grown on the family farm. The menu also includes fresh fruit juices, delicate wild mushroom tarts, cauliflower and blue lobster tabouleh, not to mention chef Hervé Paulus’ famous lemon pie.
