Global Wellness Day 2020 : 24-hour live celebrations !
For almost a decade, Global Wellness Day has been raising awareness around the world about the importance of taking care of one’s physical and mental health. In Morocco, Caroline Bauchet Bouhlal, Group Deputy Managing Director of Es Saadi Marrakech Resort is the ambassador and ensures its development at the national level.
In this time of global pandemic, the message of Global Wellness Day has never been more important than it is today, when people of all nationalities and cultures are actively seeking ways to stay healthy but also to be positive.
This year’s Global Wellness Day will take advantage of the latest technology to stage a unique 24-hour live show, from sunrise to sunset, all over the world.
We are excited to announce that the ninth edition of Global Wellness Day will be celebrated on Saturday, June 13 and will address various themes such as mental health, stress, immunity, nutrition, sports, love and compassion.

Each country has its own speaker!
A symbol of its international influence, Global Wellness Day will give the floor to dozens of speakers from all over the world during its live event on June 13, 2020 on social networks for 24 hours!
Among them and to name but a few:
Each of these speakers will kindly address current issues and bring their expertise and personal experience to the table. These are real moments of sharing that have a single common goal : raising awareness of well-being and giving the keys to a more balanced life.
Morocco in the spotlight!
During this unique 24-hour live show, meet Siham Fadouach, a certified Hatha-Iyengar yoga teacher from 10:30 am (local time). A perfect opportunity to take care of yourself, to learn yoga or to perfect your postures.
Siham teaches hatha yoga with the Iyengar method which emphasizes physical alignment to bring comfort to the practitioner, while ensuring firmness and regularity.
It was during a stay in an ashram in India that the teacher adopted this philosophy of yoga.
Since then, she has deepened her knowledge of yoga by attending regular trainings and travelling in India.
