True to its heritage of elegance and hospitality, the House reveals this year a festive calendar imbued with poetry, indulgence and emotion — an invitation to step into the magic of the season at the heart of the Red City. |
A sparkling atmosphere to welcome the festive seasonOn 24 December, the magic begins in the late afternoon with the traditional meeting with Father Christmas, followed by a Christmas Aperitif at the Palace Lobby Bar and then a signature dinner at the gourmet restaurant Le Saadi, where the warm aromas of the season unfold. The next day, the Christmas Lunch at the Lagoon & Garden prolongs this gentle moment, filled with children’s laughter, conviviality and winter sunshine. On 27 December, the House offers a suspended moment: an intimate recital at the Palace, bringing together the violin of Nathan Mierld and the piano of Rodolphe Menguy for a musical interlude of great delicacy. | ![]() |
![]() | A New Year’s Eve with a thousand facesBecause each guest experiences the festivities in their own way, Es Saadi House celebrates the arrival of the New Year through several worlds, each imagined as a complete sensory experience. At La Cour des Lions, New Year’s Eve takes on the colours of Andalusia, with a dinner featuring Arab-Andalusian flavours punctuated by songs and dances. Smoked foie gras, line-caught sea bass, lamb slow-cooked for 12 hours… An ode to sharing and generosity. |

A gourmet celebration where gratinated oysters, salmon tournedos and sweet creations set the tone for a sparkling festive night. Lovers of vibrant nights will continue the celebrations in the city’s legendary venues: Theatro, Epicurien or BCKSTG… And to welcome 2026 gently, the New Year’s Brunch and Tea Time will elegantly extend the festivities. |
Merhaba: the signature Yule log celebrating the art of hospitalityThis year, Es Saadi House unveils its emblematic pastry creation: Merhaba, a Yule log imagined as an ode to Moroccan hospitality. Pure, delicate and profoundly sincere, it combines soft almond biscuit, melting date, milky veil and orange blossom. A creation that tells a story: that of a country where welcoming guests is an art. The Chocolaterie completes this sweet symphony with five delicate creations — Jasmine Tea, Hazelnut, Chocolate Mendiant, Nespessaadi and Lingo d’Or. | ![]() |
