From September, the Palace Es Saadi will host a new transient experience created in collaboration with the House of Taittinger : L’instant Taittinger by Es Saadi
In the heart of Hivernage, just steps away from the bustle of Marrakech, the gardens of the Palace transform for a season into the stage for an encounter where champagne celebrates the art of living in an exceptional setting. Surrounded by palm trees, soothed by the gentle ambience of the gardens, and open to the Atlas Mountains, this pop-up bar invites you to slow down and savour the moment.
This collaboration brings together two family houses united by a shared vision of hospitality: one rooted in tradition, excellence, and meticulous attention to detail. On one side, the House of Taittinger, one of the last great champagne houses still owned and run by its founding family; on the other, the Palace Es Saadi, an emblematic family estate in Marrakech for over sixty years.
The menu highlights the iconic cuvées of the House of Taittinger, served by the glass or by the bottle, alongside a selection of signature champagne-based cocktails.
Oysters from Dakhla, caviar, homemade foie gras, and refined sharing bites complement this gastronomic experience, designed around the finest food and champagne pairings.
As day turns to evening, a carefully curated musical programme extends the experience in an elegant and convivial atmosphere, making this venue a new meeting point for lovers of gastronomy, champagne, and memorable evenings.
