Lagon & Jardin restaurant has just released its Spring-Summer menu.
At the heart of the Palace luxurious gardens and close to the 2400-sqm pool, let yourself be surprised by a Slow Food cuisine and delightful dishes. All the fruits and vegetables listed on the menu come from Bauchet-Bouhlal family-owned biological farm ‘Le Bled’.
For breakfast, the chef offers you a selection of fresh salads and bio specialities such as the sea-bream ceviche with citrus, the steamed John Dory with baby leeks and the meli-melo of vegetables.
To conclude the festivities, discover the chocolate-orange pastilla, the soy milk panna cotta with strawberry coulis or the frozen orange soufflé from ‘Le Bled’.
