| Hello and welcome to our site. My name is Elisabeth Bauchet-Bouhlal and I am the General Manager of the ES SAADI Gardens & Resort. I am particularly happy to introduce our resort and to accompany you during this short visit. |
For my father Jean BAUCHET, as for most people, it was love at first sight. He came to Marrakesh and bought a 8 hectare property in 1951 on which he dreamed he could develop a large holiday resort. He started first by opening the famous Casino de Marrakesh in 1952. A few years later, he started the building of an hotel in the Casino gardens: the ES SAADI. It was named after the famous Saadian kings who decided that Marrakesh was to be their Capital. It also means : the "happy one". He put a lot of confidence in me by giving me the responsibility of running the hotel, since Christmas 1966 and I am proud to continue his dream. Together with the most efficient personnel, who also are entirely committed to make your stay most enjoyable, I do my very best to maintain the traditional hospitality of a refined hotel. with very good service where clients are personal guests. Far from ostentatious luxury, the hotel is entirely equipped with the utmost modern comforts. All our staff do their very best to help our guests feel at home and have the most pleasant stay. They are proud that more than 1 out of 3 guests are "regulars". We wish that, for you too, the ES SAADI Gardens & Resort will soon become "your very special oasis in Marrakesh."
